Not bad, eh? – 7 pounds in a month of numerous opportunities for all sorts of gluttonous behavior.  I made it through with a new sense of purpose and moderation, but I don’t feel like I’ve changed much about my life.   Basically, all I’ve done so far is change my eating habits (buhbye chocolate chip cookies) and take the stairs more.   I still haven’t been able to make the gym a part of my routine, but that will change now that I’m back to the regular work grind.
